At It’s Always Picnic Time, we make booking simple so you can focus on enjoying the moment. Here’s how it works:
1. Book directly on our website or send us a text or DM on Instagram — whatever’s easiest for you!
2. We’ll send you a personalized proposal. You can approve it as is or chat with us to make any adjustments
3. Confirm your date with a 50% deposit (or as agreed). The remaining balance is due a few days before your event
4. That’s it! We’ll handle everything so all you have to do is arrive and enjoy your perfectly styled picnic
